What if 7 days isn't actually possible for my feature?
Then we don't sign. The 21 packages in our catalog are sized so 7 days is the realistic ship date — that's how we can guarantee it. If your scope genuinely needs 4 weeks, we'll point you at the AI MVP package (4–6 weeks, €4,990) or the Full Rebuild (€5,990, 14 days). The refund-on-miss clause exists because we only sign jobs we're sure we can finish.
How do you guarantee quality in 7 days?
Productisation. Each of our packages has been built and shipped before — we know the actual time-to-production for the architecture. Senior engineers, no junior learning curves, no "spike" days. Day 6 is dedicated entirely to QA: security pass, performance pass, accessibility pass. Quality is a fixed cost, not a variable.
What about post-launch bugs?
14 days of unlimited post-launch care included — every fix, every tweak, every copy edit on us, no questions asked. The launch isn't the end of the relationship, it's the start of the warranty window. After day 14 you get a further 30-day bug warranty: anything that fails because of how we built it (not new requirements) we fix free. Beyond that, an optional Care Plan (€490–€1,990 / month) keeps us on call, or you maintain it yourself — your code, your call.
What about API costs and infrastructure?
You pay for OpenAI / Anthropic / vector-db / hosting on your own accounts. We never re-bill API costs, never put a Synelo wrapper between you and the underlying providers. If your AI feature ends up costing €50/month in API credits, that's your bill from OpenAI directly — not our markup.
